1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“User”, “you”) and Averon Networks Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong at 7/F, MW Tower, 111 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, the operator of the Luston AI service (hereinafter — the “Company”, “we”, “us”), arising from your use of the website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

2. Age Restrictions

The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. The Company does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If such an account is discovered, it will be immediately blocked and all data will be deleted.

3. Registration and Account

To access the full functionality of the Service, you must create an account. You are required to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Paid Subscriptions

The Service offers paid subscriptions. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them before the end of the paid period.

5. Content Rights

Your Content: By creating characters, uploading avatars, or publishing other materials, you retain all rights to your content. At the same time, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and distribute such content within the operation of the Service. AI-Generated Content: All images, texts, and other materials generated by AI based on your prompts belong to you. However, the Company also obtains the right to use these generations to improve the Service and demonstrate the platform’s capabilities.

6. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Creating, generating, or distributing content involving minors (even in fictional form)
Distributing outside the Service any chats, images, or materials of a sexual nature created on the platform
Using the Service for illegal activities
Attempting to bypass security and moderation systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. In any case, the total liability of the Company to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions during the last 3 months.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms. In case of significant changes, we will notify you in an appropriate manner. Continued use of the Service after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
